🔄 Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return, please contact us at payment@emilywear.shop with your order number and reason for return.
🔁 Exchange Policy
Need a different color or item? We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns. Please reach out to us before sending anything back so we can reserve your replacement.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
❗ Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
