Yes! Every EmilyWear bag is handcrafted with care, using high-quality materials and traditional techniques. No mass production — just genuine craftsmanship.

All orders are shipped from our workshop or fulfillment partner in the UK.

🌍 3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

⏱ 4. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • UK: 10–15 business days

  • Europe: 10–15 business days

  • US/Canada: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
    Processing time: 1–3 business days

📦 5. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

🔁 7. Can I return or exchange my order?
